The Federal Civil Service Commission of Nigeria joined AAPSCOMS as a founding member at its inception in 2008. The Commission holds executive constitutional authority over human resource management, competitive appointments, promotions, and career progression across Nigeria’s federal civil service. Serving as the Vice Presidency for the West Africa Regional Bureau, Nigeria plays a central role in driving policy harmonization and hosting continental governance summits, including the 7th General Assembly in Abuja.
